In the last year, Thames Hospicecare has supported over 30 people and their families living in Ascot, Sunninghill and Sunningdale. Their primary objective is to work with individuals and families struggling with life changing illness, to get the help that they need , when they need it most.
The services they provide include day support community services to maintain independence at home, a ‘Hospice at Home’ team to support families and enable patients to remain at home during their final days, and an In-Patient Unit at Windsor, offering the highest standard of care in a calm and unhurried patient and family focussed atmosphere.
The Sunninghill Trust is pleased to support this very special charity, helping families receive the best possible care, free of charge, at a time when it is most needed.
