Charters Sixth Form – Christmas Pensioner Party

We are delighted to have supported the Charters School Sixth form Pensioner Party.

For those unfamiliar with the event it allows guests from Ascot Day Care Centre, Ascot Grange Care Home, Lynwood village and Gracewell Care home to come together for a party and entertainment.

For entertainment this year the very talented school choir performed Christmas carols with a pianist. Songs were also sung by senior members of the sixth form accompanied by guitar.

There was great fun with the senior citizens enjoying a competitive quiz and bingo with the winners receiving lovely prizes . They served an excellent  ‘High Tea’  which consisted of finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche, scones with Jam and Cream as well as Chocolate Eclairs.
